- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
- If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact the reception – we will be happy to store your luggage and, if possible, arrange a late check-out.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation
- Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price
- Special offers may have different cancellation conditions, which will be stated at the time of booking.
Pets
Dogs are welcome upon request. A daily fee of CHF 12.00 and advance notification are required. Dogs have limited access to public indoor areas. Details are available at the reception.
Smoking
All rooms and public indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas such as the terrace and garden.
