The foundation of our cuisine is fresh, regional products. We work with local suppliers and prepare fresh pasta and baked goods daily. The menu is based on Ticino traditions and adapts to the seasons. What are asparagus and herbs in spring become mushrooms and pumpkin in autumn – the availability of regional ingredients determines the offer.
The breakfast buffet offers fresh pastries from our own kitchen, regional specialties, and Ticino products. On the terrace or in the restaurant with panoramic windows, the day begins with a lake view.
The lunch menu includes light Mediterranean dishes, fresh salads, and seasonal specialties. The sun terrace with lake view is the preferred place in good weather. Wines from the region go well with this.
In the evening, the atmosphere changes: soft lighting and a menu with seasonal focuses. Choose between à la carte dishes or the multi-course half-board menu.
